For Partners

Your client just asked for something
you don't build in-house.

Higher Roads is a Nashville-based creative studio for motion, 3D, and immersive visual production. We work behind the scenes, under your name, when a client needs screen content, spatial content, or a branded environment your team does not build in-house.

Decks, brand guidelines, packaging files, product files, loose ideas, and half-formed client asks are all fair game.

01

The brand identity is approved. The packaging is going to print. The client needs to know what it looks like when it moves.

02

A client asks for a product world, screen package, projection moment, or spatial activation.

03

Higher Roads plugs in behind your team to shape, build, and deliver the motion, 3D, and spatial content layer.

04

Your team keeps the relationship. The client gets a more complete experience.

Where we show up

The moments partners bring us in.

Higher Roads plugs into activations, campaigns, and builds that need a specialist visual production layer your team doesn't carry in-house.

Brand Activations

Your client wants branded room presence without scenic fabrication dominating the budget.

Product Launches

The product needs cinematic screen presence before, during, and after the launch moment.

Identity Handoffs

The identity is approved. We extend it into motion and 3D content before photography begins.

Trade Show Booths

The structure is built, but the screens need motion strong enough to pull traffic.

Campaign Extensions

A concept needs 3D environments, motion loops, or launch content beyond what's in-house.

Venue and Hospitality

A space needs recurring visual identity without rebuilding the physical environment each time.

Who we work with
01

Digital and Interactive Agencies

Bring us in when a screen-based campaign, product experience, or interactive build needs cinematic motion, 3D product content, or a physical activation layer.

02

Experiential and Brand Agencies

Bring us in when the concept is strong, but the room, screens, or spatial content need a specialist visual production layer.

03

DMCs and Event Producers

Bring us in when the proposal needs atmosphere, motion, or branded environment design beyond logistics, entertainment, rentals, and run of show.

04

Fabricators and Build Teams

Bring us in when the physical structure needs motion, projection, mapped content, or digital surfaces extending the build.

05

Branding and Packaging Studios

Bring us in when a brand identity or packaging system is approved and the client needs motion content before the campaign launches. We take the design language your team built and extend it into a screen-ready product world: launch films, retail screens, paid social, and PDP imagery from a single approved build.

How the work splits
Your team owns

The client relationship, creative lead, project context, budget ownership, approvals, and production role where applicable.

Higher Roads owns

The motion, 3D, projection, screen, and spatial content layer. We help translate the idea into visuals a client understands and production teams can execute.

Your client gets

A more complete visual experience without forcing your team to hire, train, or manage a new specialty in-house.

Three ways we plug in
Concept render used to sell a pitch before scope was approved
Capability 01

Pitch Support

We help shape the visual idea, build references, define the production path, and give your team enough detail to sell the scope with confidence.

CGI product still built from the brand's existing identity
Capability 02

Screen World Production

We build 3D product environments, motion loops, launch visuals, retail screen content, social assets, and campaign visuals from the brand's existing identity.

Projection mapping covering a physical surface
Capability 03

Spatial Visual Production

We design and produce motion content for projection, LED, mapped surfaces, rooms, booths, and event environments, with technical planning and on-site calibration where needed.

How we show up
Model 01

White-Label

We work behind the scenes under your name. Your team owns the relationship. We support the visual production layer without stepping in front of the client.

Model 02

Co-Branded

We join the project as a named specialist when extra credibility helps the pitch or delivery process.

Model 03

Referral

You introduce us directly when the project sits outside your scope, but still needs a trusted creative production partner.

Spec Screen-Based Product World

Meet MindBloom

MindBloom is a sample screen-based product world. It shows how a brand identity and packaging system can extend into a motion-capable visual environment before the marketing campaign begins.

This is what a branding or packaging agency adds when the identity is approved and the client needs a content system beyond photography. One approved world becomes the source for launch films, paid social, retail screens, PDP imagery, and future SKU updates. The design language your team built drives every frame.

The Work

Meet Mycopop

Mycopop Functional Energy activated at Culture Club in Nashville with a brief, five days, and a brand built on retro gaming aesthetics. The room needed to feel like the product. We mapped five surfaces and built a playable branded game wall. One hundred guests walked into a space that moved.

5 Surfaces mapped and live
100+ Guests in the room

The work was not only the content. It was the translation between brand identity, room geometry, hardware, timing, and guest experience.

Content production
01

Content production

We design and produce motion content from the brand's existing identity. Every asset is built for the specific surfaces it lands on.

Technical production
02

Technical production

We model the space before content production begins. Throw distances, overlap zones, and geometry corrections are resolved before anything gets rendered.

On-site execution
03

On-site execution

We spec and source the hardware, manage load-in, run calibration and rehearsal, and execute on event night. You arrive to a room that's ready.

Fit

For partners who need a specialist layer behind their work.

A strong fit when
Your clients are asking for visual worlds you don't build in-house.
A branding or packaging client needs motion before photography exists.
The brief calls for a designed environment, not sourced AV.
Your team needs to own the client relationship while we handle production.
Probably not the right fit when
The brief is generic AV rental or equipment sourcing.
You're looking for overflow production at commodity rates.
You have established in-house immersive or CGI capability.
The visual world isn't part of the brief.
Scope

Structured around the brief, not a fixed service menu.

Partner engagements are scoped by project type, delivery timeline, and how much creative direction we're taking versus receiving from your team.

How it works

White-label is the default. Your client sees your team. We work to your brief, your timeline, and your deliverable spec. Billing structure is always your call.

Getting started

Send us the brief, deck, or rough client ask. We'll scope the work, flag any risks early, and come back with a timeline and production approach.

Common questions

Yes, when that's what you need. White-label is our default. Your client sees your team. Our name never has to appear on the work, the call, or the invoice.

Yes, under your team's lead. We follow your cues on how much to say and to whom. If the relationship benefits from our being visible, we can work that way too.

We spec the hardware and handle on-site calibration. If you already have a preferred AV team in place, we work alongside them. No problem either way.

No. We own the visual content layer and the technical translation required to make it work in the room. When AV, scenic, lighting, or show production partners are already in place, we integrate with them.

Yes. We can start from your concept, a client brief, or a reference direction. We'll flag any technical gaps early so nothing surfaces as a problem during production.

It depends on scope. The Mycopop activation went from brief to live in five days. A 3D product world typically runs two to four weeks depending on asset complexity. Compressed timelines are something we know how to navigate. Tell us what you're working with.

Yes. We're based in Nashville and work with partners nationally. Screen-based work (motion and 3D) is location-independent. Physical installs are handled on a project-by-project basis.
